I asked for the 15000 mile service. I got an oil change only. No tire rotation no fluid levels checked. There is a chart on the window by the service counter for service at certain mileage recommended. I did get oil smudges on my door, around my handle on the steering wheel and the inside door. Awesome experience, I came in from out of town and I needed an oil change and I had a little issue with my steering wheel. They got me in the same day within an hour, and I was out within an hour and they fixed my steering wheel issue with no problems. Highly recommend the dealership and my advisor Dax! He was amazing!

I’m beyond frustrated with this whole situation. They kept my truck for almost TWO MONTHS and didn’t even provide a substitute vehicle the entire time. After a full month of waiting, my husband called the main office and was told the part we needed had supposedly been mailed out TWO WEEKS earlier. So what exactly was happening with my truck all that time? Honestly, it feels like my part was given to someone else and my truck was pushed aside just because it was under warranty. That’s unacceptable. And to top it off, they didn’t even bother mentioning an issue with my tire sensor—now I get to deal with that separately. No communication, no consideration, nothing. This is terrible service all around. I expected way better.

My experience at the dealership was excellent although I just bought this truck. It has less than 5000 miles in the radio will not shut off when you turn the vehicle off and open the door. They have been troubleshooting for a while and still cannot find what the problem is. For me to turn the radio off I have to turn the car off open the door close the door, then turn the radio off any assistance in this would be great.

Upon arriving to get my vehicle serviced I was told that one of the items (electrical) would add a significant amount of time to my wait. All I asked was if they could check to make sure the software update was fully done, per the dealership where I bought it. The service advisor, Dennis, then proceeded to say that “sometimes finance companies require a tracker to be placed so you can not run off with there vehicle”. I told him not to worry about the electrical problem I would deal with it later. When my vehicle was ready, Dennis was no where to be found, I had asked the other advisor if my vehicle was ready and suddenly Dennis appeared and said “sorry I was showing an older gentleman my truck”, then told me “I was on the other side of the dealership”. Dennis then proceeded to say I can honor the deal, a Chevy app deal, that I used when booking my service but it would be a little more due to extra oil, I told him that’s fine. He continued to state the price over and over, when I paid he handed me my keys and I had to walk to the parking spots by the service bays, not the covered client area, to get my own vehicle, he did not even check to make sure all was done. This whole interaction made me feel uncomfortable as he made it seem as if I could not afford my vehicle, I was not a priority nor did he want to really help. My husband contact Gary, the service manager, to express the discrepancies and was told that a follow up phone call would but never happened,

I took my truck to get serviced due to lunging forward while in idle. They kept my truck for three weeks and did not get a call back from the service department from Dennis until the day I called the salesman Brian that sold me the truck to complain that they have had my truck for three weeks without being diagnosed. Dennis called me that same day to tell me the truck was ready but were never able to duplicate the issue but to just keep driving it and all they did was take care of the recall. not happy with service provided and I live directly behind the dealership. Not thinking will get better service here

It took over two hours for an oil change after I scheduled an appointment over a week prior. Personnel were friendly and nice, but I could have changed my oil 10 times in the amount of time I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my oil to be changed. Everything else was fine, but I put aside a certain amount of time and had to change things around because of how long the appointment took.

It was determined that my vehicle needed a new battery. I purchased a new GM product battery for 322.45 and was charged 277.50 for the labor to replace said battery. A job I have done numerous times in my life and it takes no more then 20 minutes. There was never a battery core exchange refund incorporated and you guys kept the old battery. Then on top of this I was charged a 46.48 fee for Miscellaneous charges, of which 40 dollars of that charge was for Credit Card Surcharge and I used my debit card which is the same as my cash just in card form !

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It went fine and fast. Went home and the tire pressure in all tires were inconsistent, not low or too high. Just not the same. I'll have to check the fluid levels to make sure they topped them off or not. So if you go in for an oil change you might want to ask if they check everything or just oil.
